Do I need previous meditation experience?
No. Beginner programs explain the foundations step by step. Our Meditation Foundations and Breathing Awareness programs are specifically designed for individuals with no prior experience. Advanced programs are available for those who have completed beginner-level education or already have previous personal practice experience.
Are these programs medical or psychological treatment?

Are certificates available?

How long are the programs?

The Breathing Awareness Program is 4 weeks, Meditation Foundations and Workplace Mindfulness Education are each 6 weeks, Mindfulness for Daily Balance is 8 weeks, Stress Awareness & Mindful Living is 10 weeks, and Advanced Meditation Practice Development is 12 weeks.
Who teaches the programs?
Our programs are developed and led by invited specialists with educational backgrounds in meditation, mindfulness training, breathing awareness education, and workplace mindfulness. All specialists participate exclusively in educational capacities and are experts in their respective subject areas.
Can I take multiple programs?
